CPR Training and Blood Pressure Screening Event

*Seeking volunteers!

Join us for an essential health event featuring life-saving CPR training from ProjectADAM and vital blood pressure screenings from WMCHealth, in collaboration with Scarsdale High School’s track team! Whether you're an athlete, a parent, or a community member, this event provides an opportunity to learn important skills and monitor your health.

Why CPR Matters:

  • Survival Rates: When performed immediately, CPR can double or even triple a person’s chances of survival after cardiac arrest.

  • Quick Action Saves Lives: Almost 70% of cardiac arrests happen at home or in public places, meaning you could be the one to make the difference in someone’s life.

  • CPR Success Rate: Studies show that survival rates are significantly higher when CPR is started before emergency medical services arrive.

Highlights Include:

  • CPR Training: Led by ProjectADAM, get hands-on experience in performing CPR and learn how to respond to emergencies with confidence.

  • Blood Pressure Screenings: WMCHealth will offer free blood pressure screenings to help you stay on top of your health.

  • Track Team Involvement: Scarsdale High School’s track team will be promoting fitness and wellness while encouraging you to take part in this important event.
